• eGift card is valid for 1 year from date of purchase/issue.
• eGift card is redeemable only at www.bamboolifestyle.in.
• This card cannot be redeemed at any of offline stores, multi brand stores, or any other websites (marketplaces) such as amazon.com or flipkart.com etc.
• eGift card is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another gift voucher/Giftcard/cash/cheque.
• Only one gift card can be redeemed against a single invoice.
• The eGift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card.
• If the invoice value exceeds the remaining/Gift Voucher (full value), customer can pay the balance amount through Debit card, Credit card and available payment gateways on www.bamboolifestyle.in (COD not applicable)
• No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mulated or defaced Gift Card
• Bamboo Mattress shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases made using this eGift card.
• The holder of this eGift card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the eGift card and the related credentials mentioned on it. No loss/duplicate eGift card will be issued or compensated.
• Wakefit Innovations Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Any dispute should be referred to the Bamboo Mattress and the decision of the company shall be final. Legal Dispute/s will be subjected to Mumbai jurisdiction.
• No returns/refunds on giftcards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers given by www.bamboolifestyle.in. Please check the refund policy at FAQs section for further details.
• eGift cards will be applicable only for new purchases and not applicable on return/refund/cancelled orders.
